Ashley Cutchen is an insurance professional who’s been helping clients of First Water Insurance since 2022 and currently serves as our Sales Manager. Hi, I’m Ashley Cutchen. I’m 22 years old and was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. I’m the oldest of five siblings, so naturally I grew up half-sister, half-built-in babysitter, and full-time chaos coordinator. It definitely taught me responsibility early on (and how to survive a loud household).
I’ve been in the insurance industry for just over four years now, which means I basically started my career before my brain was fully developed—but it’s been an amazing place for me to grow, learn, and connect with people.
Outside of work, I love staying active and working out, getting lost in a good book, and exploring different creative outlets whenever inspiration hits. I’m the type of person who likes to try new things just to see if I’m secretly good at them (jury’s still out on some of them).
My house is also a little bit of a zoo—I have two dogs and two cats who run the place and allow me to live there.
Personality-wise, I’m a talkative girl who loves to yap. If there’s a conversation happening, I’m probably in it—or starting it. I love meeting new people, sharing laughs, and bringing good energy wherever I go. Life’s more fun when you’re laughing, staying curious, and maybe talking a little too much along the way.
